I agree. I don't want to live in a world where I can't get fair compensation for my staged accident.

I would also hate to be denied fair compensation for the pain I didn’t know i had until i called a PI lawyer who sent me for treatment to match whatever policy limits happened to be available. If only the insurance companies would just cut a check for the policy limits as soon as the accident happened without actually requiring me to go get treated.

They actually teach that in medical school. Injuries sustained in car accidents are directly correlated to the amount of insurance the other driver carries.

But, of course. 1/3 to the attorney, 1/3 to the doctor and 1/3 (minus costs) to the plaintiff. And round and round the world continues to turn.

That’s not legit. The average poster here is 47, fat, and bald. Most would kill to sniff her drawers.

I always had her as the patsy and the boyfriend as the brains of the operation/ alleged connection to the real criminals behind it

SVG and boosie are both (likely) correct here but the picture doesn’t do her justice.

If you know you know.

Kinda weird how Baton Rouge is the only place you see cars with sooooooo much weed smoke pouring out the windows that are constantly slamming on their brakes in front of expensive automobiles…

Yesterday I saw a young scholar driving a 90’s Buick Regal with all four windows down and his weed smoke was still blowing out cotton ball thick. Dude was weaving across four lanes of traffic to slam on his brakes in front of every Mercedes between O’Neal and the bridge.

Yeah right. There are real attorneys that can help you with n the event of a real injury.. Not those scumbag billboard ambulance chasers that file frivolous lawsuits on behalf of certain clientele and drive insurance rates through the roof. Ambulance chasers are legalized extortionists! They’re scum!
