What is the full message here? Surely this is out of context.

It means when your boyfriend George Floyd kills himself via a massive overdose, the police wont get charged for it.

I feel comfortable assuming that he meant qualified immunity from being personally sued, which has been stricken from the law in some significant places.

I have an idea what he meant to say but, he fudged it up. However, we all know his thoughts about his RED FLAG law.
Either we are Americans under the same rule of law, LEO or private or, we are not.
Fair and impartial trial of our peers.
As in all situations, even good folks take advantage of "change".

The full message is that the liberal scum are about to realize that we are taking our country back. ANTIFA, BLM, Proud Boys and other made up shithead groups will recieve cracked skulls if the continue to FAFO!!

Red Flag laws are almost exclusively implemented by states under state law. Take Florida for example. One of the toughest Red Flag laws in the country. Has Desanis used consolidated power (Governor + a near rubber stamp legislature for him) to recall that state’s law in that regard? No. He has very intentionally chosen not to. Because he’s thought the whole thing through (many, many factors and considerations) and has left it alone because he’s had the good sense not to. No Republican Governors have recalled their state’s entire Red Flag law. Because again they’ve had the good sense not to.

They're still his thoughts.

It means give them back their qualified immunity back. This administration has been weakening the immunity that police were given. Just another example of Pedo Joe administration giving criminals the upper hand

Huge Trump fan but I disagree with him on this and the Vaccine

So abortion should be left to the states, but qualified immunity not so much?

Well yeah definitely his thoughts. They happen to be mine as well and Desantis’ too and any other sane and rational person. I’m willing to give that small concession if it may realistically contribute to avoiding my child or future grandchildren, or yours or anyone else’s from getting their head blown apart in a school shooting. Or my wife at the grocery or yours, etc etc. Those type things aren’t exactly an unlikely scenario this day in age.
ETA….And I know many people are of the belief that the Red Flag process is of an irreversible nature and has no due process or fail safe measures, to which I’d be happy to clarify for our own edification.

OR, you could just enforce the laws that exist. Unaccountability for people who can take your freedom by force is not a good thing. Disagree with DJT on this one.

Take Florida for example
quote:
Washington DC — Today, GIFFORDS, the gun violence prevention organization founded by former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, announced new digital and print ads ahead of the Republican debate in Miami. The ad, published today in the Miami Herald, uses Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s failing campaign to show that Republicans can no longer rely on appeasing the gun lobby in attempt to shore up conservative support. DeSantis’s poll numbers have done nothing but fall since he cozied up to NRA lobbyists and signed dangerous permitless carry legislation into law.
Chris Harris, GIFFORDS Vice President of Communications: “Governor DeSantis learned the hard way that supporting the gun lobby agenda no longer helps win over Republican primary voters. Polling shows that he saw absolutely no political benefit from jamming through the NRA’s top legislative priority. To the contrary, his polling has done nothing but fall since the day he signed his dangerous ‘Anyone with a Gun’ permitless carry bill into law.
quote:
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis signed House Bill (HB) 543 which strengthens Floridians’ Second Amendment rights by allowing Floridians to carry concealed weapons without a government-issued permit.

This, just bringing back what was originally in place.

Trump's trials prove that the system no longer delivers this in many parts of the country.

Pretty ignorant posts, Trump has been clear and concise on his stand regarding this for years.
