Transgender spike in prostate cancer?

What do y’all think? huge spike in metastatic cancer 40 years from now because none of these 20 something yr old male to female transgenders are getting their prostates checked? Their sex literally changes on their medical charts so doctors don’t even have that knowledge when reviewing charts … I know a family med doc who got served a lawsuit for suggesting one of them get a prostate exam.. I mean it’s an insane lawsuit and will get laughed out of existence but still… shows just how crazy society has gotten. I mean I don’t know anything more irrefutable in science than the presence or absence of a Y chromosome and yet here we are, lol.

Doctors have no backbone anymore. They ponied the covid vaccine with no long term data and now are openly saying a transgender woman doesn't need a prostate check. But they'll give a transgender man one for affirmation purposes

Their charts say they are trans and what they were assigned at birth. Unless you go to some sort of bootleg hospital. Doctors and hospitals might play along with this shite but as far as I can see insurance companies do not. They aren't paying for gyno visits for men, etc.
