Wish this would happen more frequently. They would probably think twice about coming.

did not keep up with the evidence. Didn't care if he did shoot the illegal - unless there was some other circumstances I don't know about.
I understood that he said he shot into the air to get them to leave - did they have forensic evidence that was wrong? === angle of wound path? match bullet to his rifle? ?????

I might invest in 3 - 4 well trained rottweilers to run around on the ranch.

As a border rancher, you’ve got to fear for your life when you see an illegal invader trespassing on your land, whom you must assume is armed and dangerous.
He should sue the feds for not protecting the border, for all his court fees, and compensation for wrongful imprisonment and pain and suffering past and future.

still doesnt stop bidens DOJ from charging him with civil rights violation
Logic would dictate that any noncitizen illegally entering this country has no civil rights. Why would they?
But I understand your point with the current state of the DOJ, and it’s a fricking shame.

no proof he even shot him as opposed to being shot by one of the other thugs. they never recovered the bullet and destroyed the crime scene so the government can frick right off.

Saw a special several yrs ago where a rancher on the border had so many illegals sneaking up on him he built a watchtower.
It was enclosed and attached to his house so he could open a door and climb up into the tower without being seen.

Believe he was the one that had the sick wife too.
He was taking care of her on a daily basis and was arrested.
Not sure what happened after that.

All the jurors, except one voted him innocent. There was one juror who insisted he was guilty and would not budge.
The goooooooooooberment will want a profile on the holdout. That will be the profile they look for in jury selection across America in the prosecutorial future.
