I did not know they were preventing students from graduating with degrees ….and degrees in things like engineering.. sorta thought finishing your degree (and choosing) was up to the individual..

This has little to do with politics and everything to do with eliminating poison from the BOS. It started with Collis Temple’s WaPo hit piece on Kelly, and Tate is absolute rat poison to LSU with his DEI, CRT woke arse self.

He also wants to have full appointment power of the Louisiana Board of Ethics. They found that he has misused campaign funds twice, one of them is still pending a significant fine. If the bill passes do you think he will have to be accountable for the misuse?

This is incorrect. He essentially wants control of all boards in the state. This is in line with other pending bills.

This shouldn’t be just about Landry. No governor should have full control if any board or commission. There’s also some kind of bill that would allow him to control half of the civil service commission too and allow them to remove positions from the classified sector, which would allow a governor to basically have full control of the state workforce too. Imagine governors being able to plant friends and family throughout state agencies…and with no pay restrictions.

All of his meetings and work done in Broussard, taking direct jabs at LSU on Fox News LIVE with his LSU shirt he sent someone to pick up at Academy, and pushing for the bill that would basically shutdown the Freedom of Information Act within the state. He doesn’t want you to know what he’s trying to do because he’s doing exactly what we know he wants to do.
Every LSU fan should be concerned with the fate of the LSU school system as this buffoon is office. This includes Alexandria and Eunice, and the hospital network.

Louisiana is maybe 10% actually conservative. I’d bet most of the people who voted for him are old coonasses clinging to life who also voted for Edwin. They voted for Jeff because he is a “landry”. This state is dem as it gets outside of the literal coastal states out west and some northeast states. It’s a joke.

Someone has no clue what they are talking about. The law only affects requests for deliberation docs when giving opinions or negotiating deals
