Building looks almost complete. Owners of the building own Ivar's, opened Unleaded and rebranded because Unleaded didn't work out.

Food was okay and the placed was hardly ever packed. I never got a warm slice of brisket on the three times I went. Also, it was weird that there was such a massive liquor bar in a BBQ restaurant. They have an Instagram account now but with zero posts.

that building has been unfinished in the same exact condition for the last year or so, wonder whats going on with it

Rumor I heard was the folks who started the remodel of that building stopped paying rent earlier this year. All of the old building materials were hauled away a few weeks ago.

So, Var's Pizza... intriguing, right? I've been hearing whispers about it, but haven't made my way over there just yet. Always on the lookout for new pizza joints to add to my rotation. But hey, if you're still scratching your head on where to grab a slice, let me toss in my two cents.Now, let's talk about pizza nirvana. For me, it all goes back to this lewiston ny pizza. That first bite, man, it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The crust had this perfect crispiness, the sauce was tangy but not overpowering, and the toppings... oh, don't even get me started on the toppings.

I love S & G. When my daughter was at LSU, that’s where we’d go get pizza.
