Yea it's probably gonna pass the house. As usual, leave it to LA to worry about all the things affecting few people and not address the issues affecting most people.

frick this state and the limp wristed republicans that push this nonsense.

If that were true then they would put it to a statewide vote

This isn't even backburner material.
It's not even in the top 20 things La state government should even worry about right now. This shouldn't even be debated while our roads are trashed, our levees are weak, our cities are collapsing, and criminals have free reign.

You can still get it shipped from a hemp business out of state to your door. It’s federally legal

standard backwards louisiana politics. Rest of country is legalizing recreational use of real thc and here we are mine striping hemp products. LOL. We are the clown show.

Posted on 4/23/24 at 12:53 pm to Baers Foot
Of course they did and of course Loser Landry will push for this. Another item that does NOTHING to help the state but gets a big cheer from those small government RINOs

Without looking it up, I would wager that the people pushing this bill have ties to the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical marijuana monopoly.
Posted on 4/23/24 at 12:58 pm to Baers Foot
These are the people y’all voted for!
Posted on 4/23/24 at 12:58 pm to Baers Foot
The mistake was making “medical” legal and allowing the state to control all production (through LSU and Southern), as well as limiting the number of dispensaries to that minute number that the government is also all up in.

George Washington grew it in his backyard, maaaaaaaaan.

Is this for the stuff they are currently selling in Rouses with THC?

Louisiana truly is the worst of all political worlds: moronically socially conservative and recklessly fiscally liberal.
