Yes it is if you use fraudulent means to transfer funds from sources that are
not allowed to be used for those purposes. Plus, there’s the “catch and kill” conspiracy with Pecker and the Enquirer. There’s also another woman who will be testifying on similar matters. Trump is in real jeopardy.

Trumps legal team needs to call Anderson Cooper, Rachel Maddow and the rest of the reporters that preached Russian Collusion for 3.5 years and have them testify on the stand that that was false information.
He needs to call FBInagent Kevin Klinesmith and have him testify that he changed an email from a CIA agent in order to apply for a fraudulent FISA warrant to spy on Trumps incoming administration. He then needs to have him tell the jury that he lost his law license for a year because of his actions and he had to do community service.
He needs to have Hillary, the head of the DNC, and her lawyer all testify that they made up Russian Collusion to slander him and nothing was done about it. He needs to force them to say they lied and ran with false information and he needs to have the just hear that and the. He needs to use their testimony in his campaign ads.
