Jeopardy Selects Transgender (Loser) as" Producer's Pick"

Just watched her get beat last week, but producers know best!
Jeopardy! legends are household names these days—and thanks to their quizzing prowess, they make tournaments and other specials that much more fun to watch. Jeopardy! Masters is the next spectacle on the docket, premiering May 1 and featuring reigning Masters champ James Holzhauer; Season 1 Masters finalists Matt Amodio and Mattea Roach; Tournament of Champions (ToC) winner Yogesh Raut; and Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament (JIT) champ Victoria Groce. All five earned their spots in the competition, but one slot was left open for the coveted "Producers' Pick." At the Inside Jeopardy! Live on Tour event on April 12 in New York City, producer Sarah Foss announced that 2022 ToC winner Amy Schneider was their choice to be the sixth and final competitor in the 2024 Jeopardy! Masters.
--
Schneider’s inclusion has been met with backlash. While the 40-game winner is a fan favorite, she had just competed in the JIT!, where she finished as runner-up. Many fans felt this should have disqualified her from Masters.
“Honestly not a fan of this decision,” wrote one fan on the Jeopardy! Reddit forum. “We just saw her in JIT, whats the point if she can lose that and just move on anyways.”
Another added, "I love Amy but this is very weird! Should be the 3 finalists from last year and the others only return if they win JIT (which Amy could have but didn't). A lot of other good choices were passed over here!"
Yet another said, "Why Amy?? She had [the] chance to be in this tournament and lost. Get someone new in here."
On Reddit, viewers continued to express their disappointment, with one pointing out that Schneider has had her fair share of appearances on Jeopardy! already.
"We've seen Amy on Jeopardy SO many times now," a Redditor wrote. "It's getting to the point where it feels like she appears on the show every few months, and thus, whether true or not, the opinion that Michael Davies is biased towards her certainly holds water. We KNOW she's a good player. We KNOW she has some of the most impressive stats in Jeopardy history. We don't need to be reminded of that fact constantly."

The bravery is unparalleled with anything we have ever seen in human history.

Translation: they decided to select the most degenerate, weirdo freak possible tone “woke.”

I don’t agree with his life choices, but he was a damn good Jeopardy player, it’s not charity.

I'm so confused. Why do people keep calling him a "she?"

Men are better at everything even being women.

Why do they keep calling that thing a she…it’s got a dick. That could be a Jeopardy question.

ABC sucks. I watch the show 911. It started off on Fox and was on there for several seasons. ABC bought the show and the new season, the first on ABC, started several weeks ago.
One of the characters was a single dude who was kind of a "ladies man".. ABC gets the show and all of a sudden the ladies man dude realizes he is gay. And of course they have to show them kissing.. They will show more gay couples kissing than normal couples going at it. Why do they have to show anyone going at it. Show them starting to kiss and then go to the next scene. We get the idea.

James Holstizer (sp) would run circles around this Shem.

If "Amy" was living life as a dude he would still probably be known as a pretty good Jeopardy player, but definitely wouldn't be pushed this hard.

It’s time to dig up Arlington to make a place for this new generation of heroes.
