College choice is negligible for probably 97% of people. Unless you want to work for a specific company, or need a highly specialized degree, it doesn’t matter all that much.

Went to the LSU admitted student event.
They claimed they had over 50,000 applications and only accepted 7,000 new students.
Took them forever to respond to my son too.

Probably bc she didn’t have a good enough ACT or GPA which I that case it’s probably better she goes to BRCC

My kid got the same treatment in 17. LSU was late late to the party. By that time, my kid had settled elsewhere. Worked out well for us.

Was not our top choice. This is dad talk from the why has she not gotten into LSU and it has taken forever for them to do anything. It’s all good. We pray about decisions like this on my family. We let God open and close doors on decisions and know without regret where she goes was the right place.
