I honestly didn’t think they’d have this many success stories, but hey glad to be wrong. I also think it was a different class of people whenever people mention their parents.

My grandparents got married after 3 months of "going steady"

Met on a blind date. Engaged 6 weeks later and married 5 months later. Been married 42 years. It is my second marriage. I surely wish I would have met my present wife first! I hit the jackpot the second time around.

Marriages end because lack of character, not compatibility. If the character is there on both sides the marriage will thrive no matter how long you dated. If there is a lack of character, the marriage will struggle no matter how long you dated.
