What is the quickest you’ve seen a couple marry?

Two couples I know are getting married after less than four months of knowing each other. Seems like that’s when the realness of the relationship just started to show imo. Also, was it a disaster?

We had our first date the weekend after Thanksgiving 1996, were engaged by New Year’s Eve, married the following July 20th.
This July will be our 28th anniversary and still going strong.

First marriage was met in April, married in Dec.

I have a lot of Mormon buddies. A couple of them married their wives like a month after dating. They're all still happily married.

One of my best friends got married after 3 months of dating. His gf was a strong Christian and she wanted sex, but not before marriage. 20 years later and they’re still together

I was once best man in a wedding for someone I knew maybe 3 months. The couple knew each other maybe 1 month. I have no idea how it turned out.

Four months is a little quick, but honestly people can figure out what they need to know in less than a year if they’re intentional.
