That’s shaming a reporter into writing the article and referencing the WaPo article that wasn’t out yet?

Go listen to the postgame press conference where Kim Mulkey blasted an LA Times articles that IMHA defamed the LSU women’s basketball team. Kim called the USA reporter by name and said she should write a story about the LA Times article. Kim made no comment about the WAPI article except to say she hadn’t read it, may not read it but would have her attorneys read it.

Kim said during an interview years back she hasn't spoken to her father, because he had an affair on her mother and left the family for the mistress. Then he had the nerve to show up to Kim's wedding with the mistress and wanted to sit in the front row. She told him to get out. She took up for her mother. Why was Kim the mean evil one? That is dirty and low ethics by that LA Times reporter to contact her father and sister. Family should be hands off.

With all this drama against the LSU WBB team/coach, where is the AD, University president, SEC commissioner in all this? No support?

This reporter, apparently fair here for valid reasons, is one of the most liberal writers in that paper. And that's saying a lot. The word "woke" exists for her personal use it seems. So, not real clear how to take her take on CKM beyond the obvious attack on anti-feminism.

What’s wrong with whether or not the writer is “liberal” or “woke”. Some of y’all poly-cessed have completely gone off the reservation! (Politically incorrect metaphor intended)

What she said was correct, and a well needed defense of the attack against CKM.

The attack against CKM and our players can be both racist/sexist, and influenced by her right-leaning political views. In fact, it appears to be. Good people need to call
the La Times and WAPO out, and I believe that was what the author was correctly trying to say.

That USA Today article came out before the game today. The reporter asked her a question the other day about whether some of the same things said about Kim would be said about a male coach.

She went and added more of Kim's post game comments after the fact.

Yep, CKM addressed her directly and said there’s your story.
