What is the plan if Biden gets reelected?

Surely he would pass in office. Seems like they are sticking with Kamala so far. Do they know they won’t have covid restrictions and Biden won’t win?

He might not actually die, but would possibly become enfeebled.
Biden does zero running of the actual country and makes no sense when he talks. Kamala would just continue that trend.
