Other than male people of a certain complexion, thought, and look, everything is “woke”.
The board members heard testimony that leaned toward the individual being released in that SPECIFIC incident.
Now we don’t know what evidence the prosecutors presented or even if they presented evidence.
On the very little info provided, you can see why he was released. You may not agree, but like said it doesn’t involve a specific group, so it’s “woke”.
If the lawyer lied, I hope they go for his license.
