Who are the leaders on our baseball team?

Which players have stepped up as leaders?
Who is rallying the team and firing up the troops when the chips are down?
Who is, by their words and actions, getting people to follow them?
Can we name a single player?
This team is plenty talented enough. Friday night showed us that.
But the way this team completely falls apart anytime ANYTHING doesn't go their way... it's a huge issue.
In fact, this team might have TOO much talent. Players are looking out for themselves and not putting in the work? Players aren't lifting each other up and pushing each other?
We've had a bunch of great individual performances... massive HRs with no one on base, great starting pitching performances, etc.
This team appears to have a personality issue, an identity issue, that coach has yet to be able to break through to them. I think he will, but until it happens, we are going to have issues when things don't go our way.
And with as hard as our schedule is, there will be times when things don't go our way.

The personality issue is that they are young and replacing a bunch of veteran guys. I am willing to bet this team is playing much differently in a few weeks.

None of us are in practice or in the dugout to know.
