?I didn't feel like cooking much for dinner tonight so I made homemade waffles and pan griddled Jalapeno/pineapple sausage with a side of strawberries.








Not too bad for a midweek evening meal!

Spaghetti. I bought canned San Marzanos for the first time this afternoon and used them. Game changer.

Whole chicken in the crockpot then broiled in the oven to crisp up skin. Will make chicken and rice and chicken salad. Returned the bones to the juices in the pot and will simmer over night and strain in the morning for stock.
