The rule of law provides due process for this determination to occur

These fake claims of amnesty will be rubber-stamped with no thought given.
Do you have data to support this? I want to see your work based in actual data.

That's not required by our law. I don't know if that's required in any developed nation's laws.

Why would this occur?
Let’s see.
TX builds wall.
Sends people back across border ignoring Mexico.
Doesn’t let people back through.
FEDS try to prevent TX from “breaking the law”
TX continues to ignore cutting off the color revolution.
It’s called escalation and it’s happened since the dawn of time.

The people in charge have opened the border completely.
They are ignoring the Law that states they must protect our border.
What sort of actual, factual data do you think they would provide?
Keep bootlicking for the Pedo Biden Administration.

If the FEDS are stupid enough to confront TX in an actual military confrontation, the house of cards collapses.
We can only hope but the more states that would join TX the less likely the Feds actually do anything...
In many ways, I think the confrontation is what the Federal Government wants in the end...

Remember, folks. If we'll just give Joe more money to launder through Ukraine, he'll close the border.

I don't think many of the claims will survive and those people will be deported
Where are they currently being housed? At what facility? Or are they simply being told to "come back on such and such a date 6 years from now and we will process your case then. Remember, we are trusting you! Oh, here, don't forget your brand spanking new iphone 15 pro max and your supply of EBT cards. And here's your free healthcare and an application to get state benefits each month!"

What is? Our laws on amnesty? The Geneva Convention has survived many Democratic and Republican administrations/Congresses.

It appears you don't know what the law is and only have a desire for what you wish the law to be.

The 3 S rule should apply here. We are at war here; most don't want to consider that.

Data that people falsely claiming amnesty aren't being deported after their DP is completed.

Our immigration system is underfunded, yes.

Sorry.
The Biden Administration can not be trusted to provide factual data on any thing related to immigration (or anything else for that matter).
Any "data" provided by the Biden Crime Syndicate and their acolytes would simply be fake news.
I know that you , being a huge Biden fan, would argue otherwise, but it's the simple truth.
