I voted for Trump 2x and plan on voting for him again, but I wouldn’t hate it if RFK was president. Dude makes a lot of sense on a lot of issues. He’s 1000x better than anyone in the current administration and he’d be a better senator than a great many republicans.

What? Polling is all showing he draws 50/50 (almost exactly, but a tiny bit more from the dems) from both parties
Eta - his polling base is 54% dems, 46% rep

Why would trump supporters vote for rfk?
He’s going to get the people who thought they voted in the lesser evil with Biden.

Polling doesn't support this
Even without polling data, the OPs claim doesn’t make any sense. Those who voted for Trump in 2020 will vote for him again. Never Trumper republicans might vote for RFK, but they didn’t vote Trump in 2020 any ways. He isn’t going to get fewer votes. Some people who voted for Biden in 2020, but are getting crushed by Bidenomics, will vote for Trump. The rest of those Dems who are dissatisfied with the Biden presidency are likely to vote RFK. Biden will get fewer votes. Unless the dems find even more blank ballots to fill out…

So, if for instance I hated Trump(Lots out there)
They didn’t vote trump.
So they either voted Biden or didn’t vote.
How does voting rfk then hurt trump?

Well I hope not a lot of you out there.
No offense, If trump was removed or some shite and people didn’t start blowing shite up, I’d vote rfk.
But more in protest

Especially when you get down to the fact that you're really just giving a half vote to Biden...after the past 4 years, nah

You're in GA. What was the margin again in 2020, if you removed the (L) vote? It's enough to swing states.
And women, if not barely on the fence, are a solid majority in the never Trump camp, nationwide.

I obviously like Trump as I voted for him the past two times and he’s a hell of a lot better than Biden but -
RFK Jr is the only one that talks about Blackrock, State Street and Vangurd which I think are fundamentally ruining our country. He’s the only one addressing the housing crisis and war on the middle class.
There’s plenty more but that’s just one example.

Their boards control how they choose to invest. The US government should not be involved in that, it's a shareholder decision. Is there plenty of incest between the investment banks and Congress, sure. But shareholders, often the same companies you mentioned, have majority shares to control those boards. Presidents don't have any direct influence over that, nor should they.
The executive can't fix that, only Congress can. The president is only a veto risk. As a reminder, Congress writes and passes laws. The Executive (President) is the last step in the process to sign or veto a proposed law. The *last* step. Well, according to the Supreme Law of the Land, anyway. Not according to judges that can't read English.

The only thing I need to know is he's a democrat. Calling himself an independent doesn't change that. He's way to the right of the loonies out there but still a democrat.

What does this have to do with current Trump voters changing their minds in 24?
Even if this is the case I have no doubt he will take voters away from Biden this year.
The future is so bleak. Least optimistic I’ve ever been and talking to people around me they seem the same.
I would guess that probably 60% of our black employees are voting for Trump. That’s the percentage who are vocal about it in our conversations.
Small sample size I know, but nearly all of those were Biden voters in 2020.
Hell I didn’t vote for Trump in 2020. I didn’t vote for Biden either. I voted libertarian. I’m considering voting for Trump simply because I’ve never been this pessimistic about the future and the LP has no shot at winning. And honestly I have a feeling it’s going to be Chase Oliver as the LP nominee. Nice guy and he ran a hell of a race for senate, but he’s not my type of libertarian.

Polling doesn't support this
Maybe not the right thread for this but I’ll go anyway.
Polling has gotten more and more suspect. It’s getting harder every year to reach a truly representative sample. Many polls incentivize participation, leading to fraud and bots taking polls. For those that don’t incentivize, it tends to skew too old and to certain other demos.
The solution to the latter from pollsters is to weight the polling data, which introduces its own statistical issues.
We’ve seen the effects of these issues become more pronounced in recent election cycles.
