Looks like he's put on some weight. Also looks to be playing a more physical game.

He showed some potential in the SEC tourney in one of his last games here.

He was a good kid it seemed. But it’s hard to play less physical than he did as a 7 footer.

A lot of people forget or don't know Efton Reid didn't start playing basketball til high school. He is and was still learning the game.

It's almost like he is a Jr and not a freshman... Amazing how that happens.. kids seem to get better and stronger after a few years in college

I thought he slimmed down. Less baby fat and more muscle. Looked pretty good in the early season games I saw he played.

The comparisons to Baker are stupid. Completely different games.

Reid had a solid year at Wake Forest. Averaged 9.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.3 blocks per game.

Tangentially, this is his third team in 3 years. I hate the transfer portal (at least what it's become), with immediate play and no 1-year sit required.

Every player is a free agent every year. There's zero continuity with rosters, which is so difficult not just for coaches, but also for fans. I just can't buy into my team emotionally because I don't know who the roster is and I know many will leave after 1 year anyway.

It's destroying college sports.
