Not sure why the fact he was a guest on Rogan is at all relevant

Couple of things going for him

He isn't white
He is a left wing nut

And most importantly HE DOES NOT MEAN TWEET.

I listened to that episode and others with guests of Josh dubin, and it certainly seems that there are a lot of Guys in prison who were innnocemt or where the punishment was excessive. The problem seems to be that the pendulum is swinging too far the other way and now a lot of dangerous people are released and/or charges that are far less than the crime.

The problem is the disconnect between beyond a reasonable doubt and what’s really happening.

If you consistently had good and honest police, good and honest DAs and juries that were good at critical thinking - it’d be easier to bury people under the jail once convicted, right?

But if the cop cares more about his clearance rate, and the DA about his conviction rate- you start to see sketchy cases pushed through and innocent guys in jail are the hardest part about the strictest punishments being enforced

Wouldn’t say he’s a moron. He’s created a monster of a podcast and has made millions upon millions. You have to be somewhat savvy to accomplish that.

He also has interesting guests and often does real interviews. Asks good questions and lets the guest answer.

Sure some of his guests might be batshit crazy, but he lets the audience figure that out themselves

He’s become a better “journalist” than actual journalists

Nobody listens to Rogan for his opinions; his podcast is refreshing because he allows the guests to talk and explain themselves rather than trying to play gotcha like a middle schooler - or most mainstream TV/radio hosts.

ETA: and what Pikes Peak said.

I mean kind of. I’m a big Rogan fan but he has always had these criminal justice reform guys on, I always skip those episodes, but hopefully it helps him realize it’s all bullshite.

Sure, everyone thinks the Rohan angle is weird in the headline but what about focusing on the head and not referencing the rest of the body in the headline.

All of its odd.
