I never thought NOLA could get a Mayor more corrupt than the one busting rocks in the pen, but here we are with Teedy winning the title and taking it away from him. She's the Chocolate City Treasure! Somehow she keeps on winning when losing. It's amazing to watch

I just don't understand why they didn't change the locks in the last 7 months.
