Is he still in the NBA because I thought his 15 minutes of fame had expired!

Tari Eason is also out for the season

He has great work ethic, so it can’t be that he’s not conditioning to stay elite at this level.

Strained pubic hair.

Difference in those two is I think ball loves to play the game. Simmons doesn’t give a flying F

I hadn’t heard about origins of back injury previously. I recently read about Larry Bird’s lifelong back problems starting when he decided to do some home project (maybe driveway paving?) himself rather than pay someone.
Bird was never close to same. I’ve never had severe back issues but definitely play basketball more passive with even the slightest lower back soreness.
Simmons put up pretty good stats at LSU for that season but didn’t seem to be a leader or have a killer instinct.

That’s what I don’t understand, I’d feel obligated to do everything in my power to help the team. Differences in cultures I guess.

His “back”
Dude has no interest in playing but doesn’t want to void his contract.

Simmons is soft but he made multiple all star games and all NBA defensive teams. It’s not even comparable to Jamarcus

Jamarcus level bust
I missed it. When did JR make rookie of the year?
There is no comparison to the level Bust JR was.
Maybe Manziel?

He is soft and average at best.

PTS
19.2
TRB
11.8
AST

FG%
56.0
FG3%

Hope McMahon can get a couple of " shitty " players like Simmons for next season.
