It's got A LOT of salt in it though.
That's true. Definitely have to adjust the salt in any recipe where you use pickle juice instead of vinegar.

I have been mixing it in with my scrambled eggs lately and I think it is really good, even ms GT that looked at me funny when she saw what I was doing. I cook eggs every morning and I get bored so I start looking in the fridge for random things to toss in.
I even went as far as to sauté some dill relish before dumping some scrambled eggs in the pan. While tasty the reaction of the relish in the hot oil was sorta like some jumping beans with them popping out of the skillet

That's sounds worth a try. I like pickles in deviled eggs, so why not!

My logic as well. Egg/tuna salad has dill...deviled eggs...so why not. I dig it, you just have to experiment with how much you want to add.

Pickle Martinis are really good. McClure's Spicy Dill Pickles juice works best. 1oz Vodka to 1oz Pickle juice, shake and serve!

It neutralizes stomach acid if heartburn is bad. I’ve had to resort to it a few times in the past.
Yes! It works much better than Tums and Rolaids.

Freeze it in popsicle or cube form.
Keep it and throw sliced cucumbers in it to make more pickles.

I toss my fish with pickle juice, yellow mustard, and Louisiana Hot Sauce before I run them through seasoned corn flour to fry. It gives the fish a little tang.

My mom puts pickle juice in the potato salad. I learned why I like hers so much

I've added it to tuna salad in the past. Now I just add several tablespoons of Wickles relish.

Tried this for breakfast today. Had an extra thigh last night so I put some Tony’s on it with some pickle juice in the bag to sous vide. I have a chamber vac so liquid in the bag is easy, if you dont have you can freeze the pickle juice first then vac seal as normal. I dumped some of the bag juice into my scrambled eggs this morning. Browned thigh in some butter then wilted some green onion then dropped eggs. The butter had browned by this time as well.

Thousands of people swear by it's use as an insect repellent. If you drink it, the mosquitos and gnats won't bother you, they say.

I add about 1/3 cup of it when cooking red beans. Great flavor!

Call me cheap, but when I get 2 or 3 bottle of BBQ sauce that are down toward the end, I pour a little pickle juice in them and shake it up to get the “rest” of the sauce out. Its obviously thinner, but great to use on chicken legs or ribs that you baste as you cook.

My wife thinks I'm a bit weird, but I like to drink some of the juice from the olive jar after we use all the olives.
I have also drank pickle juice at times and find it refreshing.
The juice I use the most is from the marinated artichoke hearts. It has a bit of tang to it but is mostly oil and that oil is great to use in making salad dressings and some sauces or to use in lightly frying off some things for a totally different flavor.
