Looks completely ridiculous and stupid obviously, but from eye aero test, also very fast. Basically the same goal as shoving a water bottle down your chest, which has become popular in triathlon. Reduce any gap between the head, chest, and arms that causes wind interference

The model numbers must agree that it's aerodynamically slippery. It's definitely got that Star Wars Death Star lazer dude vibe going.
