You can easily tell from the judge’s demeanor that it’s a foregone conclusion what he must do, he’s just distressed about doing it. He fears being seen as having “helped” Trump. Which he certainly knows isn’t the case, but we know how stupid people tend to be, i.e. Trump haters.
