Every lawyer in the country will read this decision. I think he's allowed to take some time to make sure it's iron clad and free of missteps.

Two weeks to decide. That's a lot of time for judge to magically disappear

It's still in "Pre-trial" -- 2 weeks is ridiculous.

I've seen people speculate that a decision on the bench meant Willis stays on the case while no immediate decision might be good for the defendants... meaning judge wants to make take his time writing out a well thought out opinion on why he's kicking them off

"She could have, uh I guess, financially benefitted from stretching out the case, for lack of better words."

You couldn't make that quote up if you tried.

This current lawyer would freak out over a mouse running across the floor.

Weak sauce. He doesn't know what the hell he is doing.

Word salad.

Seems long, but I believe Fulton County is starting 2 major homicide cases next week and the following according to judges comments previously. That could impact his schedule and role, so probably setting realistic expectations but hoping to decide quicker

Fox analyst said the judge is dealing with something larger.

If she’s removed for lying or lack of candor to the court, it may jeopardize every conviction the DAs office has achieved under Willis.

Talk about a can of worms.

How many convictions can they have gotten considering the quality of ADAs we have seen during this?
