And I’m dead serious. There has never been a human being with even the slightest brainwaves of a barely functioning brain that has been this fricking stupid.

Ben Crump is living proof that a stupid (person who annoys you) can become wealthy and powerful in the United States. He's just trying to drum up more business for his law firm and to get more facetime on MSNBC.

Don’t know how he got a license to practice law in Florida in the first place. There is no way he passed the bar without a hidden quota in play or someone took the test for him. Likewise, when he invariably pops up as a family’s counselor in other jurisdictions in race cases, I’ll bet he has violated various states’ rules about practicing law without a license, client solicitation, and not conforming to requirements for out of state lawyers. No one ever calls him out on this stuff. Even the State of Florida is afraid to take him on because of race. He clearly fabricated or suborned perjury in the Trayvon Martin family’s civil case in Orlando and every lawyer in Florida knows it. Different rules for race hustlers.
