Assuming we all know they're kinda low rent, what do you think about them? Are they at least kind of fun? Do they fall apart quickly?
I have some kids in the family coming to the camp and considering buying one for using occasionally. At 6' would I enjoy it or too small?

What do you think the filter is for ?

I have one. We love it. This is our second year using it and haven't had any problems. Maintenance is easy, pump/filter is good, the heater has no issue keeping a 102 temp. Ours is this SaluSpa, was $300 at the time they've really gone up or that was a good deal
ETA the one above is roomy, you should not have a problem at 6'

I remember a video from Nick Best (powerlifter/strongman) who got one for hot/cold treatment. He's 6'2 or 3 and over 300. He got the one Costco has when they put it on sale. He fit alright I think.

We use this setup. Works just fine. Just kill the engine when you want to turn it back into a pool

They seem like a good idea. Too bad this can be done with pools. Drop $90k on a new pool and not be able to sell it later.

I was thinking of the girl who "blew up" the hot tub. Mandatory evacuation

I know people are going to hate on them as trashy,; nevertheless, we bought one from Sam's last year on a whim, and it has been awesome.

A few questions/comments:
1. If you get out of your hot tub with your wife and you notice some man juice floating on the top of the water, be sure to fish it out before the kids get in.
2. What kind of air pressure does it hold? If it is blow up with lung pressure, you probably won’t be able to lean against one side without the thing tipping over, unless you have 4 people positioned 90 degrees away from each other. If it comes with a high pressure pump, it will be more stable but likely more susceptible to leaks.
