Roadhouse is a top tier chain restraunt. You won't get a better steak for the price unless maybe somewhere local. Throw in some free rolls and some fat-bottomed waitresses in jeans, and ....

if half the people aren’t complaining about the price (of whatever it is) then the company isn’t charging enough

For a $20 entree that’s $.44. How much you wanna bet that the actual price increase will be $1-3?

And the California politician wants the minimum wage for fast food workers to be $50 per hour. Im sure that wouldn’t affect food prices.
Thats if the place could even afford to stay open at all.

I ate there last night. Food was okay. I just don’t know what people like about the place.

The music is way too loud playing the crappiest bro country/rap.

Then some locations are way too small for their market.

They are only open for Dinner Monday-Friday.

Bread was smaller than usual.

Restaurant is way too dark.

Wait was too long even after making a reservation.

Even the little electronic table game was setup for revenue with either paying 1.99 or looking at an ad.

Inflation? What inflation?

Surely there has been no inflation!

If they hiked it 10%, it would still be a tremendous value.

The OT going nuts over Texas Roadhouse is so on brand.

The place is completely average.

The happy hour country fried chicken plate for 10.99 is a steal. You get 2 sides plus the rolls too.

I wish we could get raises based on the “inflationary pressure we expect to face in 2024”. Maybe Roadhouse can do that for their employees.

At what point do the price hikes end?
When revenues start going down.

As long as people are still paying, the incentive for them is to increase prices. There's really no reason not to, again, provided it's not driving people away and revenues aren't hurting.

I’d go on Wednesday nights. They’d have a special for 9oz sirloin steak, 3 grilled shrimp and two sides for $9.99. Steak was always good. Best deal at a restaurant that I can remember. Sadly covid killed it.

Supply and demand….that place is always packed and its very consistent. I’d be raising prices too.

It’s going to take them 2 years to recoup the cost of printing all new menus with a .23 cent increase @ 2.2%. Rip the bandaid off and increase properly Christopher
