I’ve got a pork belly in my freezer that I think I’m going to smoke- it’s 4lbs, so I may split it and do a couple different things

I'll be the only one home for the Super Bowl since the wife is heading uptown for Bacchus and won't be home until well past halftime more than likely.

I'm still recovering from ankle fusion surgery and on crutches and wearing a boot. I'm limited as to what I can do this year, so no smoking meat or BBQ since my main living area is on the 2nd floor and negotiating 12 steps to the patio is not a real good option.

I'll probably just grab a quart of my homemade chili out the freezer and heat it up and have that with some ice cold bottles of barley pop.

Better luck next year----I hope.

Popeyes, sandwiches, snacks, king cake, etc. It's Mardi Gras Sunday and I'll be on the parade route.

I'm doing pork belly burnt ends, smoked queso dip and buffalo chicken dip. Probably do some potato skins as well, since my kids always want that.

Oven barbecued country style ribs and smoked pork sausage because the meteorologists are saying rain? Pork and beans and Mac and cheese as sides.

Eh you're home alone gimped up for a super bowl. May as well grab a block of cheese too and make queso for meaty chips and salsa. Go full cave dweller.

Won’t be watching. It’s Thoth Sunday.
Boxed lunches on the float, lasagna post-ride during the night parade.

Buffalo chicken dip, jalapeno bacon pinwheels. Unsure about the rest, but possibly some sliders as well.
