It's not always readily apparent the race of a driver when a stop is made. You're just making up stupid shite. I live in TX and people of all races get caught drinking and driving. I was a juror on a DUI trial for an attractive white woman.

however, not uncommon to see probation set up where he will serve like 10 days and do the rest of the sentence on probation
id be very surprised if he spent 2 years in prison. he is doing jail time, but will most likely be no more than 2 weeks or a month

I have a frat brother who spent six months locked up after getting either his 4th or 5th. He was a VP at a bank when it happened. This was in the 80's. The six month sentence was for breaking his parole. He got books and started studying while incarcerated. Eventually graduated Southern Law and became a lobbyist in DC.
The crazy thing was that he had phone numbers of dozens of us brothers, and all of each new pledge class from semester to semester. He just needed to pick up the phone.

Every person judging this and wanting to throw the book at him has absolutely driven with more than .08 in their system, and absolutely have done that more than 3 times, you just haven’t been caught.
