I wonder is the team forcing Z to sit. Is he actually complaining about pain or discomfort? Is he something he mentioned one time and the team decided to use it as a rest tool? Does Z actually complain about it and agrees with sitting? Does he just not want to play for Willie, or this team, and using this as another strategy to make the front office mad?
If I was him, with how my reputation is looking now, unless I'm trying to get traded, I'm not sitting for something that's not bothering me and I'm not letting the team force me to sit for a rest game when I'm good to go.

I love Herb, but he sits too many games with minor stuff.

Yeah unfortunately hes not a robot and can get injured just like other athletes.

The thing is though, our team seems to always be insanely injured. Almost more than it should be on average.

We've been very healthy this year by Pels standards

Yeah its just PTSD by pels fans from past seasons. I get irritation regarding Zion; the other players are just normal stuff all players from all teams go through during a normal season.

This has to be satire.

I'm pretty sure the team wants him out there every night. Him missing 2 games could put his conditioning back 2 weeks.

Actually a good game to get Larry a break. Zellar might be the better choice to back up Jv against Wemby.

Z’s been in full training hasn’t he? Seems an odd status after a few days off…

He's played in 44/48 games this season

You post a bit too often to be a troll. Did you actually think Herb gets hurt a lot?

Not trolling but downvote away. This is the second time this season Herb has missed games for a minor ailment. Earlier in the season it was for a “leg contusion,” otherwise known as a bruise. You think Michael Jordan played 82 games a year and never had to play with a bruised leg?

You’re either a bad troll, stupid, or both. Only 10 players played in all 82 games last year. Coaches and management now essentially force players to sit for rest or minor injuries. Are you only paying attention when Herb sits for minor injuries and ignoring when the rest of the league sits for minor injuries?

Even if this was true, if anyone on this team has earned some rest it's Herb

And no one really has any clue if his issues are minor, how would you possibly know?
It's just as likely that the issues are much worse than we know of, and he's playing more games than we could have guessed he would with these injuries.

So now we’re comparing Herb Jones to Michael Jordan in terms of him playing through injuries? Basically comparing a defensive specialist role player health wise to one of the greatest to ever play almost 30 years ago when the speed of the game and athletes were completely different.
Now ask yourself is that a fair comparison?

Bruce Bowen never missed a game due to injury after putting his foot under an opposing shooter so they would fall awkwardly?
