Where do you see this? Including his signing bonus, his total career NFL earnings are $10,945,701. His signing bonus was $5.4mil of that.

I can turn that into generational wealth of he gives it to me.

Is he going to nursing school?
Yes. Taking nursing classes at LSU, I assume online during the season.

16 million is generational wealth. At least it can be
It can be an eternal stream of upper-middle class wealth with a taste of the “high life” depending on how big the family/those being designated to share it are.
It is little enough to be gobbled up by a couple of bad/risky decisions that don’t go right
It could, with determination, not last a full “luxurious” life.
Great position to be in, and good for CEH to decide to do something with a life after sports, particularly one that requires service to others and denial of self.

he makes like 1 mill a year plus the 5 million signing bonus
that being said it would take a nurse like in a high paying state 80 years to make that kind of money.
Nurse seems like too ahitty a job to do if you have like 5 million in the bank

At his age, he can easily turn that into generational wealth. He has made more by age 25 than most married couples earn in their productive careers and this does not count money made outside of his Chiefs contract, endorsements, etc.

quote:True. That was her first husband who died earlier. She was never married to CEH's dad who was arrested when CEH was 11 months old in Baton Rouge at age 22. A couple years later she married her 2nd husband who raised CEH.
Nothing in that article states what the other poster said is wrong. It says the accident was 23 years ago and at that time Clyde was probably only 20.

Why doesn't he go to Med School or Dental or XRay or Resp Tech? Nursing is for chicks

Your numbers are a little off. He signed a 4 year 10.8 million dollar contract. He made 2 million this year. The Chiefs didn’t exercise his 5th year option mainly because he hasn’t been able to stay healthy.
That being said he clears 5 million after taxes agent fees etc. He has made more money in 4 years than most will make in a lifetime.

What he did in Tuscaloosa in 2019 will make him an all-time LSU legend in my mind. We may not win that night without him.

To me, the play of that game was when CEH caught the pass on his shoestrings on 3rd down, and juked the guy for a 1st down. Bama had the momentum at that time.

Agree. In 2019 it was a huge deal when CEH hyphenated his name and it was to honor his father that adopted him. It was also a huge deal that his biological father had gotten out of prison. I remember watching the games and both dads were in the section with his people. Both dads had hugs and high fives for each other in the stands. It was awesome.

His name was hyphenated the entire time he was at LSU. It was when he was a recruit. I don’t know when exactly he did it, but it was way before 2019
You may be thinking of Patrick Peterson changing his name from Johnson right before his freshman season started

He will never work as a nurse- someone could sue him and get, say, and 83MM judgement against him. His advisors will point that out to him.

That’s what insurance is for. There are doctors richer than he is who don’t quit practicing medicine
