Lebron is a freak that defies logic

36,20,&12 while playing 47mins at age 39 while in his 21st season (plus 282 playoff games!!). It really is absurd what this guy can still do on the court. Not sure we ever see anything similar. Also is a testament to modern medicine that this guys body can still handle it to this extreme. Ok downvote away…

It’s really ridiculous at this point

20 boards was a career high for him. In year 21 lol

The guy is the most physically gifted player in NBA history. His workout regimen is extraordinary for what he is doing on the court at his age. High
Props.

Him and Brady definitely had some medical backing. Brady looked in better shape in his 40s than his 20s when he was at the combine. That's not how normal aging works.
But hey, at the end of the day I doubt they have a monopoly on whatever they're doing, at the end of the day they're just better. I don't like Lebron but I can't deny his greatness as it pertains to the sport of basketball.

At 39, Bird couldn't even hold his own jock strap because of his bad back.

Saw a funny post that puts LBJ’s greatness in year 21 into perspective:
Lebron is averaging 25&7 in year 21. Here are some other NBA players who made it to year 21
Vince Carter: 7.9 & 3
Dirk: 7.3 & 3
Robert Parish: 3.7 & 2.2
Kevin Garnett: 3.2 & 3.9
Kevin Willis: 2.4 & 1.6
Lebron is averaging 1 more pt per game than all of those guys combined lol.

Imagine how long and how much better Jordan could’ve played with HGH and all the other gear LeBron is on?

I don't understand. He was supposed to have declined considerably at this point. How TF is he still doing this lol

He also skipped college so his year 21 is different than others.

Qualify it however you want, it still doesn't negate the fact that what he is doing at age 39 defies all conventional wisdom.

Steroids were around. Jordan QUIT plan & simple because he couldn't have his way. Krause was letting Phil Jackson & Pippen go so Jordan did the same. Jordan had no desire to play on a squad that had no chance to win a title at that point in his career.

Yet LeBron has logged heavy minutes over his career via regular season, postseason & during Olympic basketball. You sound dumb.

He’s played 3+ seasons worth of playoff basketball.

College realistically was only going to be a extra 40 games

I don’t care how much someone dislikes him, this is absolutely incredible athletic achievement

Yeah he’s fun to hate on for a lot but his work ethic in regards to health and physical prowess is probably the greatest in NBA history. I have nothing but respect for his talent and longevity.
It is a shame he got into so much team management in the second half of his career or he could have won several more titles.
