Supper from the freezer. Found out you could roast broccoli from frozen, so I did. The salmon is frozen from Costco. It’s tastier than I hoped.

My friend at work made homemade Pho that she cooked down the beef bones for over 24 hours. She gave us some, with all of the fixings, including rare beef. To say it was the best Pho I have ever had is an understatement. The hints of cinnamon, star anise and ginger were so subtle, yet the depth was fantastic.
