bullshite. If he paid anyone using any method other than cash or barter, they have many ways of knowing. Credit cards, checks, Venmo/paypal/cash apps, if law enforcement or NCAA is really interested ….. they can get every transaction he made for years, they’d know exactly what was going on and who was involved.

KB7 doesn’t sound careful enough to hide thousand of payments from forensic accounting teams.

Where did he get the money he bet, where did he put the money he won and who absorbed the losses?

Probably Gordon. He put the money he won onto other bets, and netted -$80k.

That explains a lot on how he played last year.

I remember Kayshon being despondent and constantly having to be calmed down by Jayden in that FSU game.

Makes sense now. Baw was not only having a shite game, he was losing his over yards and TD bets for he and his crew.

I'm sure this was discussed, but I just don't see how he wasn't the team bookie. That is an incredible amount of bets to make in that time period.

If only he had an opportunity to get something to fall back on if that football thing didn't work out

With how easy the apps make placing bets, it can easily be done. Player prop bets add up in a hurry. Plus he clearly had an addiction. Okay, I'm down $60k. All I need to do is hit a few of these 8-leg +100000 parlays and I'm back on top.

If he bet or took points against us, what a POS. Deserves to be made an example ala Pete Rose if that is the case.

That doesn't make any sense. There was never a finding that Pete Rose ever bet against his own team. No one should be betting on their own team no matter the outcome.

What do you mean that it doesn't make sense? Betting against your own team is far more egregious. So if he broke the law, so be it. He wouldn't be the first young person to break the law. Your Flimsy arse LSU fanship is on full display along with other rush-to-judgers.

These statements always crack me up. That only applies in a court of law. In the court of public opinion, you can be whatever the public deems you to be.

Public = various socio-economic backgrounds; successful people, failures, educated, dropouts, intelligent, and people with learning disabilities.

Frick public opinion lol

Smells like a fishy excuse. Regardless of where a receiver is on the progression chart, when should he not be ready for a ball his way, especially HIM?

Bookies usually pay in cash. And if he didn't pay in cash, he's dumber than I thought. And I already thought he was a moron.

Typical textbook response from LSU. Will it be enough to cover their arse or will this trigger SEC and NCAA snooping further for possible sanctions and/or forfeitures.

If Kayshon had bet against LSU in any of those accounts, it 100% would have been highlighted in the affidavit. That's definitely something Louisiana State Police would've rushed to point out.

It was amusing to me the way the affidavit was worded - pointing out the hundreds of thousands he "won" even though he clearly lost a lot more than he won based on his starting and ending balances. The numbers there are a bit misleading - his average amount per bet wasn't all that high it doesn't look like.

Official team betting liaison. You think he was only one laying bets? He had company.
