Theyre still using this FYI channel for some reason for the majority of the coverage.

Yeah, that kind of sucks. Guess they couldn't work a deal out with MT TV.
Thanks and enjoy it!

I think Mecum paid to be exclusive on motor trend a few years ago.

A little off topic but they got rain today all over the town and supposed to have some tomorrow. Clear for the main even though

That K10 is a great looking truck. Thanks for the bidder number, I will work the phone for you.

I will also get a couple of those Cobras. Anything else I can use your number for?

I weep for every chopped up '63 split window I see these days.

ETA: I've always liked "Rita", the Packard. I'd drive the shite out of that one.

Its a sore subject between my dad and I. If you find a beat up one, ok custom it out. Dont take an original in decent shape and mod it

I've been saying for a few years now that if I had the means I would buy every original 50s to early 70s Vette that I could find and just sit on them for a while.

I actually prefer the early days of the BJ and Mecum auctions as those vehicles are often in the realm of "possible" for a "regular guy". Not that my CFO would approve lol...

That K10 was my favorite of your photos

VIP staging lanes with a bidder pass is pretty hilarious. My buddy and I get 40 drinks a day free between the two of us. This place would make a casino blush with their alcohol pours.

We will practice self control and stop at 38.

Someone was thinking like you apparently. A collection got sold at Mecum a few days ago. All 63 Split windows and every color they offered that year. Also included one that was sent to Australia and had the steering wheel on the right side
