Did Article IV, Section 4 get deleted from the Constitution when I wasn't looking?

It’s time for Texas to send tens of thousands of immigrants to DC/ No Va./Maryland generally and the five judge’s neighborhoods specifically. They can not continue to live uninterrupted in their enclaves while Texans have to deal with it daily.literally unload the buses on their front yards and let them live in the neighborhood parks in tent cities.every SINGLE immigrant should now be headed to one geographic destination.

4.4 doesn’t change the fact that SCOTUS hasn’t heard the merits of the case.

The only thing SCOTUS did today was lift the 5th circuit injunction on legal grounds. One shouldn’t extrapolate anything from that beyond the fact that SCOTUS is deferring to current law in finding that TX cannot state a likelihood of success on the merits (because of said current law)

SCOTUS couldn’t really rule differently until SCOTUS hears the merits and changes the law.

All the more reason Abbot should just ignore them.

No disagreement there. I’m just trying to provide context into the Court’s process. Because the vitriol currently is in the wrong place.

And that is what drives ACB’s ruling.

But Thomas, Kavanaugh, and Alito are also Catholic. Either you are that stupid or just hate Catholics.

I disagree. I know all about how they work.

They are limited by themselves. They could have ruled differently and the fact they did not tells you how they will rule.on the merits.

Whatever. The Taney Court started the first one. Roberts will have the honor of ushering in the second one.

Roberts and ACB with the libs.
Remember this ruling when they rule Jan 6 was an insurrection. The Biden admin is working to subvert US law. And it’s being allowed openly.

None of them wear their Catholicism on their sleeve the way ACB does. None of them are driven by their religion.

SCOTUS can’t change law…

I get your overall point. But I feel like you leave injunctions in place until you decide the merits. I don’t see any harm in leaving the injunction for now.

Would you describe the urge to help as Christian as well?
Yes, and its just as feminine. Christianity was much more masculine in the past.

There are a ton of both Catholic and Protestant groups at the border that assist these border crossings.

Their job is to interpret current law. Not to enact policy, set things right, or do what “should” be done.

Your issue lies with Congress.

Obergfell and Sebelius say otherwise.
