Been sick for over a week. Started off as fever, chills, and back ache. Now it’s sinus pressure, drainage, and a nagging cough. Been doing the sinus douche thing and have a little blood in it when I blow it out.

this new Covid strain is the major suck.

July last year I got omicron and it was horrific (vaxxd and boosted). I got it again three months ago and it wasn’t horrible, just down 2 days basically. Now, I have gotten it AGAIN, and this one has no chill. Fever, aches, loss of taste, sludge of phlegm stuck in my throat and lungs, zero appetite. (I work in healthcare, this isn’t from having fun outside). Y’all be safe out there.

I got RSV a couple of weeks back and that's how it started. Woke up one morning and my throat felt like I'd been gargling razor blades. I was down for the count for about 9 days.

There's not much that can be done really. Just that standard fluids, soup, hot showers and rest treatment. Just gotta ride it out.

Best of luck.

Get a chest X-ray. Could be something serious which need attention now.

Saw your post on the Health board. Hope you feel better soon.

I’m not sick. My spine hurts like hell.

I rarely get sick. I can’t remember the last time. I had COVID at some point (omicron variant I think). I took a couple of extra naps. I only knew I had it bc the wife tested everyone after she and a kid had it.

I have chronic Sinus problems, but I haven't been sick/cold/flu nor Covid.
I have a regimen of vitamins, C,D2, Zinc, Magnesium, dailey.
Seems to work for me.
