They both should be disbarred once guilt is established.

A non-answer?

It’s a very straightforward scenario.

What does KLB have to do with this?

If they're both convicted of felonies, I imagine that will be pretty automatic.

The context is given.

Naw.

But good job randomly derailing this thread about a possibly corrupt DA in GA.

I did ask the question in the other thread. You bailed.

At least you are taking the time to deflect and not actually answer it.

The last thread I remember he and I posting in was about the Congressional re-districting of LA, which, again, has no relationship to your question.

Just a reminder of how straightforward the question that you are dodging actually is:

If Biden says that militias (aka US citizens that won’t support his stupidity) are terrorists, can he have the military (arbitrarily and without penalty) kill them?

I wonder how all of the people that took pleas feel?

I know you give up your right to appeal on most pleas.

But if corruption is proven, do the plea folks stand a chance at reversal?

As an old white man it warms my heart to know that old white men are no longer the excuse for the evilness that is associated with government and politics. We have now reached the age of diversity and inclusiveness among all races and both sexes when pointing fingers as to why things are so fricked up in this world.

Their are no innocents left to place blame on the guilty. Congrats.

Nothing will happen.

She will cry racism and the feds will use her pending Trump case as an excuse to not get involved. State level law makers will be too afraid to act.

Nope. She said "people shouldn't expect black women to be perfect".
Something along those lines.
You know she's fricked when she doesn't even attempt to lie about it!
She's not very bright, it's a given that indicting Trump would put her in a spotlight and any questionable/shady dealings would be exposed.

I bumped the thread a couple of times to give you and indefatigable the opportunity to answer:

SFP - still without an answer

I don't think this sort of corruption would be enough to injure the prosecution. They would have to just remove Fanni and her SP and replace both. Unless Kemp was the one to make the call on replacement, it would just be another Fulton County DEM duo. I doubt they'd change course on the prosecution.

I’ll bump the old thread again so you can no longer use that as an excuse.

Oh so you're asking about IMMUNITY.

Your question did not include any context about immunity.

I have never argued that a President is absolutely immune, like Trump has. Biden could theoretically take action against claimed insurgents/terrorists (it is unlikely it would be with the military), but I would never claim he was absolutely immune for that decision.

How does either one of them have power over her under Georgia law?

They have the power of their public office and the platform that accords them, especially the governor. Kemp has not used that power to attack her. That’s a dereliction of duty by itself.

Second, who is the AG? Why haven’t they filed action against Willis?
