She is following the stereotype and accusing all of her detractors of racism and "denigrating a strong black woman."
There is nothing strong about her other than her incompetence and criminal attempts at prosecuting made-up crimes.
She needs to fall...and fall hard.

He has referred her situation to a “process” that can’t even begin yet.
By doing so, he has simultaneously given her protection, and him cover via a proposed “process.”
Uh, already explained that.
quote:
We are months, possibly years before an indictment is likely. They'll have to do a regular investigation and then convene a grand jury,
Look how long it took to investigate the Trump stuff. Or for a more local example, Latoya has been under federal investigation for over a year.

Of COURSE she’s guilty. These women know they are bullet proof. Look at Tiffany Henyard or Latoya Cantrell. She flying first class to Dubai with her boyfriend literally while under federal investigation! She knows this DOJ won’t touch her.

I understand a judge has issued a hearing. But has a formal investigation been started?

Is Fani an HBCU grad?
This sounds like shite and HBCU grad would do.

Of course it's true. She's admitted it. And her response is "So what? She's a black woman. She's saving the planet." Her 'defense' is that she is too important to have to worry about trivial things like ethics and laws.
She's above all that.
She's above all that.

There is no fear of accountability and prosecution. Essentially, they are saying "what are you crackas gonna do about it? That's right....not a fcking thang. We the new guard, bitches."

Has she denied it?
Nope. And her going before the black church and continuing to say she’s a flawed and fallen woman that needs grace etcetera , shows guilt.

Does it have to be the Feds?
The state AG can’t facilitate the process?
Do you even have to be indicted in Georgia?
Or could this process apply?
quote:
In the complaint, the prosecutor briefly recites the following: A brief summary of the facts that led to formal charges Elements of the offense and inferences of the defendant's guilt The date, location, and names of those involved, such as the crime victim
That would be a justification for suspension - no?

Exactly. The irony of these fools going to the black church and saying, "wells yeah, we did dat but we's just trying to find our path in a white man's world. We dindu nothin mo than the white man has been doing the past hundred years".
Don't accept blame.. deflect, deflect, deflect.

They can. It will still take a while.

Nobody "has" to be indicted.
Do you mean via GJ? They're not going to file a bill of information for a public corruption case on a DA who indicted a former President
Just like they didn't just file a bill of information against Trump and the RICO co-Defendants, for similar reasons.

Didn’t these dumbasses use federal covid money?
Posted on 1/20/24 at 8:18 am to stout
I think the biggest shock is that 2 lawyers were dumb enough to think that this wouldn't be discovered or they could hide it somehow.

So the state AG can bring charges via this process - no?
quote:
charges may be brought by a document called the information. In many states, an information is written by a prosecutor, similar to the initial criminal complaint, but is reserved only for felony or serious charges.

They aren’t dumb.
They just don’t believe anyone will punish them. What is she doing that other prominent dem politicians haven’t done? This is nothing compared to the Biden’s grifts. She’s doing what you do now when you gain power on the left; whatever tf you want.
And she knows no one is going to do a damn thing about it.

On another note, you and indefatigable never answered this question:
quote:
If Biden says that militias (aka US citizens that won’t support his stupidity) are terrorists, can he have the military (arbitrarily and without penalty) kill them?

They’ve probably gotten away with similar or even worse offenses because of their race.
Not unlike Claudine Gay, they believe they are invincible. Wouldn’t be surprised if Keisha Bottoms hasn’t run interference for her at some point.

Sure. They're not going to for a case like this.
And that would only come after months, possibly years, of investigation.

I imagine there is a lot of context you failed to provide in this attempt at digression.
