What yall know about engagement rings?
It’s the first of three rings of hell.
Second is wedding ring.
Then comes the suffer ring.

The bigger the diamond the shorter the marriage. This has actually been proven. Usually because it’s starts the marriage with its first financial strain. Disregard if you’re already rich.

My wife didn’t want one. She wears the simple band her grandmother wore. Sometimes you get lucky.
Your challenge here is to not spend too much money, but also to not upset her. Welcome to the only decision tree you need for the rest of your life.

Diamonds and new cars depreciate faster than anything from the minute you buy it Absolutely true.
It sucks you have to buy a fast depreciating diamond for a woman whose beauty will depreciate just as fast as the new car you’ll have to buy her after marriage.
Companies figured out long ago men will make the poorest of financial decisions only when pussy is involved

Real diamond. Lab diamonds are for the lol poors. Good grief some of the advice here is so bad and trashy.

The poors will tell you to buy lab grown because that's all they could afford.

You know you don’t need a diamond to get married

If your wife doesn't care go lab, older women like mine getting a replacement at 50 wants natural

Lab grown diamonds are worthless once they leave the store
Diamonds in general, are pretty worthless. Resale values of diamonds are, pun intended, rock bottom, most people are only able to grab about 25% of what they paid for it
Diamonds are extremely common on earth, and not rare at all.
A diamond is only worth something significant, during its initial sale

My advice is to have that diamond dealer who is a friend of your parents cut you a great deal on a nearly flawless stone and then have a platinum ring and setting custom made. And then your wife can lose it after about five years.
Then get a larger stone that isn’t as nice and have a new ring made to your wife’s satisfaction.
That’s what I did.

Anyone who tells you other than this is making money off diamonds or is a fool.

If your girls claim is that she can see the difference in a lab cut diamond and a natural one she’s wrong.

Lab diamonds are real diamonds moron
Posted on 1/18/24 at 9:28 pm to Tigernomics
They’re insanely overpriced. Lab created for the win.

Carat is not the only C that matters. Cut, color, and clarity are equally as important for getting your money's worth.
