I agree that they won’t drop off the face of the earth m, but in the last 17 years they’ve averaged losing 1 game per season. LSU has had multiple 3,4,5 loss seasons in that same period. Despite any model put forth, no one is nick saban and will be able to replicate that type of success.

Saban had 16 straight 10 win seasons at Bama. That may never be duplicated anywhere, and it’s certainly never been done as far as I know.
My Answer:
1) The Bin Laden news was almost anticlimactic as it took so long.
2) This news is fresh, unexpected and sooner that I thought.
I prefer good news early. So I’m going with #2!
