Weird that Zach Bryan is playing Hangout in May and the Superdome in July (which isn't selling all that great) - usually there are weird contract clauses, but I guess it's probably the same promoter or something

not really weird at all. 195 miles and 2 months apart

I have to admit that is not as bad as I thought it would be. Wouldn't dream of going especially for that price but it could be worse.

Nobody really likes these new guys
They make them look big on social media and then try to charge 300 bucks for tickets and it all falls apart

Tastes and demographics change over time, but seems like such a different mixture of artists than 10 years ago.

I think his question was rhetorical.
Nothing to do with tastes, Hangout decided to completely go for a different target demographic in 2016 or so. Shaky Knees and Riot have been pretty successful not really straying from what made people go to those festivals.

These festivals have fallen off so bad. Bonaroos isn’t really great either. Maybe I’m just getting old

Not to give gaucho credit but
Superdome is 70,000 - big difference than 16,000

Ahh. That’s valid. That’s a lot of tickets.

I'd love to know how bad you expected it to be? Kid Rock Fest at Lamar Dixon bad?
