doesn’t matter how low we go, we will always find a way to be above the Aggies

The anchor on the game thread had me all confused.

Thanks to 225Tygs for sucking at his job of updating the game thread.

Aggies didn’t look good, but definitely a pleasant surprise to see us pull that one out!! A great start in our SEC schedule!

An Update on LSU MBB

With the addition of a lead ball handler (Jalen Cook), the pieces to the puzzle have finally begun to fit. The addition of an on-ball playmaker and scorer has opened up the offense for LSU, which is a team riddled with play finishers. Tonight the defensive effort was great, and I have hope that reducing the transition points we give up will allow this team to grow further into its identity as a spread offense. Jordan Wright has finally started to show signs of life offensively that I could not have expected prior to Jalen Cook’s first game. I would love to see Collins and Dean get more PT, but I’m excited to see the rest of the season play out.

Dumbass. Don’t be starting a game thread for attention if you’re not going to update the score.

Everybody remember to remind admins to anchor any other game threads this guy tries to start.

Yep, they played like a team, shot the ball well, hustled and hope to see this style of LSU play in the future!

The key to the game tonight was LSU’s defensive rebounding. A&M was a top 10 offense, nationally, coming into the game. A big reason was their offensive rebounding. LSU won the rebounding battle. And it’s why the won, by double-digits, on the road. Even with a not so good offensive night

Wow! MBB scored an SEC win, on the road even...who would have thunk it?

I started a thread to talk about betting on it and the betting line. There were zero other threads about MBB. I have a life I wasn’t sitting around updating the thread every 5 minutes. Loser.

Tonight’s game took LSU from 83 to 44 in defensive efficiency. A&M was number 7 in the country in offensive efficiency. They shot 25% and lost the rebounding battle. LSU had to be able to hang in defensively and on the glass. I’d say they did MUCH more that just “hang in”.

They look like a different team now, four out of five wins and just the one loss to Texas - where we admittedly put ourselves in a big hole, but objectively were also big-time screwed by the refs down the stretch - not bad, let's see if we can build some forward momentum!

Not a bad week for lsu . Land commitment from number one rb in the country. Women win sec opener. Land number one overall prospect in the 2025 class and highest ranked prospect we’ve ever gotten to commit . Win men’s basketball opener

Plus got a new defensive coordinator and a great womens gymnastics comeback win over a very good Ohio State squad!
