Married to a former LSU Soccer Player? Sounds like a perfect fit to me and has LB coaching experience.

I get the sexy turnaround at Mizzou.
But Matt House had one good year too his first year here. Bit wary of a 1 year success guys even though he’s probably the “best” candidate “available”

Not saying you are wrong, but why would this be a smoke screen? I just don’t see what benefit LSU would get out of this leaking.

I am with you. I understand Missouri’s defense improved in that one year, but so did their offense. And when your offense keeps the ball away from ur opponent, ur defense always has better stats.
I am not opposed, but are we convinced he is the best? I want the best DC we can get.

100% agree. He is super aggressive.
He may not have the talent on defense but his players go after the offense. You have to make perfect plays to move on Missouri.
They were all over Georgia. Not enough talent but they never backed down

How do the buy outs work since he just signed an extension? Would he have a buy out clause in his contract as an assistant coach? Mizzu fans don't think we can afford him apperntly from what Im seeing.

Perk would look pretty awesome in that star backer role in Bakers scheme.
Our defense was so bad this year it's hard to tell what kind of scheme would fit the personnel though.
It will be interesting to see which direction Kelly wants to take the defense.
You have to assume the new DC gets some kids to follow in the portal. NC State had a really good CB enter yesterday and that might be telling assuming BK is looking for a packaged deal.
