Yeah he definitely it definitely looked like he had some old bounce on the dunk. When he yammed that on Kessler I was pretty hype.

That dunk was awesome. Larry was laughing about it after game, saying that at the beginning of the season, he'd have ended up doing some stupid hook shot or B.S. floater.

That was an awesome dunk. Great play and a great bounce pass by Z setting him up. Seeing Larry dunk over Kessler effortlessly like that makes me hopeful we’ve got a healthy Larry ready to roll.

hate that it always comes down to Murphy vs Jones over who should play. I like them playing together. They just compliment each other so well. Of course that puts at least one of our big 3 on the bench..

Come crunch time, the offense is going to run through BI and Zion solely, at which point it renders CJ into a overpriced catch and shoot guy.

CJ's offensive role is diminished come clutch time and he is a terrible defender. CJ is the guy that should see the bench over Trey.

Trey is a good defender, but to be honest, he isn't as reliable as we make him out to be. Trey also isn't able to guard small guards, which ends up with CJ being the primary defender on the likes of Morant at the end of games.

Having a closing five with Herb and Trey gives you the elite catch and shooting ability of Trey, and the ability to have a 1st team all-nba quality defender that can guard the best offensive 1-4 option on the opposing team.

Yes, it was refreshing to see Willie try an all offensive lineup at the end of the 2nd Memphis game, but you still need a capable defender to muck things up for the star of the opposing team in the clutch.

If everyone is healthy, I would like the closing lineup on most nights to be BI, Z, Larry, Herb, Trey

hope one day we can get some kind of explanation on why they do this. I just want to understand the logic
That's what kills me too, not getting a direct answer from Willie on why we haven't done these obvious things and why we have done things like parking Zion in the corner over and over.. That part is as maddening as watching it happen.

The fact that he can’t answer these questions should basically be the answer you need- he just doesn’t get it.

I know we have no clue about what's going on behind the scenes, but it feels like Borrego is trying not to overstep and Willie doesn't realize how badly he's mismanaging the half court offense.

Willie definitely gives off "Hue Jackson on Hard Knocks" vibes
