He is going in the top 8 picks. The Saints ain’t getting him without trading which they historically hate to do for a QB

Do they the first and second pick?

Daniels will go #1 overall.

No way the Saints take him first round. Even if he’s available. There are way too many H backs, and deep snappers from southern Idaho.

Man? He took the Saints, a team where fans wore paper bags over their head, prior to Brees, to a Super Bowl Championship.
What had they accomplished prior to Brees and after Brees.

Honestly, Atlanta. They have very good skill position players and get him out of the Louisiana market so there isn't that pressure to play him with experienced veteran QBs ahead of him.

You have revealed yourself as not a good chooser.

We have everything around him to succeed immediately outside of a couple OL pickups,

Except an OL?

Kinda important for a QB

Kind of helps that they just did a 15 year stretch with one of the greatest QBs ever.

This is the first year in a long time where it's painfully obvious they need to go get a solid QB

Why not The Chargers? Daniels could revitalize their stagnant offense in a big way

Hopefully not too early where he goes to a team with nothing around him. He would be better off going mid to late first round.

My favorite teams are the Bucs and the Saints, and would be happy with him going to either.

I think Pittsburgh is a good situation for any player. After a rocky start, Sean Payton is doing good things in Denver. Both of those situations would be better than most others.

I don’t have a preference, however, I think he would thrive with Pete Carroll and the Seahawks.

Minnesota or Denver.
Sean Payton would be best for Daniels' career but I hate Denver. He'd fit right in with Minnesota especially with Jefferson as his primary receiver.

I’d like to see Minnesota draft him. He would have some great weapons already and room to build around him

Minnesota, team him up with Jefferson.

For JD5's sake, I hope he ends up behind the best OL.

I wouldn't mind seeing him up in Denver.

They knew they needed to draft a QB before Brees retired but they let KC jump ahead of them in the draft an take Mahomes if my memory serves me right. That could have changed things up had that not happen.

"A sportswriter who covers the Patriots said he expects New England to pick Marvin Harrison first then Jaden Daniels. They have two first round picks."

The Patriots DO NOT have two first round picks in the 2024 NFL draft.

Most Boston area media, and many fans, are clamoring for Drake Maye as the Pats are looking (as of now) at likely having the 2nd pick. Maye got a lot of preseason hype but I'm not sold on him at all. His passer rating for this past season was 35th (we know who was first). The pre-season Top 3 in virtually all media were Caleb Williams, Maye and Harrison, and the locals up this way, who don't follow college football that much, just go with the popular names. So they debate among themselves and never mention anyone else other than those three guys.
