psychotic wife who always accuses you of creeping, even though hers is always turned off because "I don't want it to run my battery down."

It’s great for nutty insecure wives.

Great tool to know if your wife is still at the store for more Hotter than Hot Jalapeno Zapp's.

I leave my phone at the house probably half the time I leave Most of the time my wife doesn’t even know I’m gone until after I come back and tell her I went to the store or wherever No way in hell I’d want to track my wife, sounds miserable. If someone kidnaps her they’ll bring her arse back, along with sympathies. If she’s cheating on me then I give condolences to Jody. We’ve been married 30 years, we trust each other.

How is it different than find my iPhone. That’s what we use when necessary and I don’t see any reason why 360 would be necessary.

psycho helicopter parenting who won’t let their kids live
Posted on 12/12/23 at 1:00 pm to Hawgnsincebirth55
You give your kids a chance to not use it, let them show you they are trustworthy, once they break that trust, i.e. smoking grass, coming home passed curfew, drinking heavily, then you start using it, if it corrects the issues, then you wean off of it, if they don’t, use it like a hawk until they are 17.

I have it but have location services disabled in the app. That way I can track my kids (e.g., when they are out late) but they can't track me.
Posted on 12/12/23 at 1:25 pm to Hawgnsincebirth55
It’s conditioning kids to be ok with constant tracking and surveillance. And when they’re adults they’ll vote for it because they’re used to it.
Slippery slope. I wouldn’t use it

You need an app that tracks their every movement to accomplish that task?
Soft.

Good parenting to keep tabs on the kiddos or psycho helicopter parenting who won’t let their kids live?

You can use an app like this or one like Find My and still choose to let kids live a little and also not be a helicopter parent (some use term too broadly).
Bad parenting never gives a shite about where their kids are.

I install it if I'm on a long road trip. That way my family can call for help if I'm in a random spot too long.
I uninstall when I'm back home.
